Waiting for Gauguin, 18"X24" acrylic on board

The downtown Bellingham January art walk is this Friday. I have work up in two places. Allied Arts has their annual Members Show which is filled with amazing works from local artists. I have a very different piece in that show for me (abstract). I also have work up at Studio UFO in Bay Street Village on Holly. My work will be join work from other artists that paint at Studio UFO. Studio UFO members were charged with creating a piece that was inspired and influence by Paul Gauguin. It will be a mind stretching show.

Art Walk starts at 6:00 and ends at 10:00 (although I won’t make it past 9:00). Hope to see you at one of the two places (I will be hoping around). V
